By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Size Exchanges

We understand that finding the right fit matters.

We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With original tags attached

Items that show signs of wear, washing, perfume, makeup, or alteration will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Change of Mind

Due to the intimate nature of sleepwear, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, eligible items may qualify for a size exchange as outlined above.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions and sizing guides carefully before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us — we’re happy to assist.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos

Once assessed, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A store credit
  • A refund where required under Australian Consumer Law

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

Orders may be modified or cancelled only if they have not yet been processed.
