Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Please note:
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended
- Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Australia only.
If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.
Typical delivery times within Australia:
- Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
- Express Shipping (if available): 1–4 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier operations, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
Complimentary standard shipping is available on orders over $75 AUD within Australia, unless otherwise stated.
Any promotional shipping offers may be subject to minimum spend requirements or limited-time conditions.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Packaging & Discretion
Each order is carefully placed in our signature purple presentation box — designed to feel refined, intentional, and quietly luxurious.
For privacy and discretion:
- Outer shipping packaging does not disclose product details
- No explicit product descriptions are displayed on the exterior parcel
If you have specific packaging requests, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to assist.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details
- Orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer
If an order is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees may apply.
Delivery Delays & Carrier Issues
While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- Postal or courier services
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Delivery delays do not entitle customers to refunds of shipping fees.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If tracking indicates that a parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first.
If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact us and we will review the matter and assist where possible.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the packaging and contents so we can assess the issue.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
